Warranty Statement

1. manufacturer's warranty
   Additional warranties are provided for Caravan Laken products. The warranty period is 2 years. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
   This warranty exists in addition to the statutory liability for defects. This warranty does not limit any statutory claims. The claims arising from this warranty exist independently of the existing statutory liability provisions.
2. warranty requirements
   a) Care and cleaning of fitted sheets and mattress protectors according to the washing instructions on the item or the care instructions in our shop.
   b) Careful handling of the items.
   c) The item must have been ordered from us.
3. Scope of the warranty
   Defects will be checked for functional faults based on your complaint. If possible, these will be repaired or a replacement delivery of a corresponding or similar product will be made.

   The warranty is excluded in the following cases:
   b) The fitted sheets and mattress protectors were not used as intended.
   c) Normal signs of use or wear and tear
   d) Incorrect temperature during washing and drying.
   e) Use fabric softener when washing the products.
5. Legal claims
   In addition to the rights under this warranty, the consumer is also entitled to their statutory rights. These statutory claims may include legal consequences that are more favorable to the consumer than those under this warranty. The consumer's claims against the seller also remain unaffected by this warranty.
