Shipping conditions

Delivery within Germany is free of charge (including statutory VAT).

For deliveries to Austria, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.70 (including VAT).

For deliveries to Switzerland we charge a flat shipping fee of €24 (including statutory VAT) for shipping and customs duties.

AGB – Hinweis:
For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf
AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 MWST). MeinEinkauf AG also handles customs clearance,
invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any
shipping costs charged. To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland,
we inform you for reasons of transparency that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the trade chain. This does not result in any

Unless a different delivery period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 15-18 working days of conclusion of the contract (if prepayment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods to Austria will take place within 21-24 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered to Switzerland within 24-27 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
