Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery within Germany is free of charge (including statutory VAT).

For deliveries to Austria, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.70 (including VAT).

For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of €43 (including VAT) for shipping and customs duties.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 16-19 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods to Austria will take place within 21-24 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered to Switzerland within 24-27 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
